Our Cassidy Travel Guarantee means you can make free flight changes on new bookings for 2020, making it easier to change your travel plans if you need to.

If changing a flight booking, you will not have to pay the change fees when the change is made a minimum of 45 days prior to departure.

The waiving of change fees is applicable to flights on the following airlines:

• United Airlines
• Emirates
• Aer Lingus
• British Airways
• American Airlines
• Delta

This does not include any difference in the cost of the flights - customers are still eligible to pay any fare differences that may apply.
