All bookings are for the specific game/fixture, not for a date. Fixtures may change and you’re strongly advised to check the club's website and that of the FA for any alterations. Therefore, please ensure that your travel arrangements are suitable to allow for potential fixture time & date changes. Please be aware that confirmed fixtures can also change at short notice due to various factors outside of our control, such as club progression in alternative competitions, ie. Champions League / Domestic Cup etc. Unfortunately, no refund will be payable if you are unable to attend the rescheduled fixture date and/or cancel your Match Break. So we urge you to keep your personal calendar flexible around the time of your intended trip.

If a fixture has yet to be confirmed at time of booking, we do not recommend booking flights, as the fixture date/time will be subject to change. When a fixture is officially confirmed on the Premier League website, Cassidy Travel will contact the lead passenger to confirm and provide guidance on potential accommodation changes.

All Premier League Match Breaks include a minimum of 1-Nights’ Accommodation, which will be on the night of the fixture, unless otherwise stated. Additional night(s) accommodation may be added to your package at a supplement (subject to availability).

Match Tickets will be issued, electronically, 3-5 days prior to your selected match. Seating is guaranteed in pairs of 2, with larger groups requested together but not guaranteed. In rare cases, seats may be separated with 1x seat directly behind the others.

Our Sports team will contact your party, via email or phone, in advance of your fixture to confirm details and/or assist.

You do NOT require a paid membership to Manchester United to avail of our match tickets.

Match tickets may include additional perks, as listed at point of sale. Additional perks are subject to change at the discretion of the selected football club.

Match Tickets are strictly Home Section seating, unless otherwise stated. Away/Opposition fans risk refusal of entry, due to strict team/league guidelines & safety concerns. No refund will be payable in the event of refusal of entry, as this is a breach of the club’s terms & conditions.

Any applicable in-resort fees/city taxes are not included in your package cost and will be charged directly by the hotel.
